process oriented psychology
is a cross-disciplinary approach to psychology, developed by Arnold Mindell, that supports individual and collective change. It has roots in Jungian psychology and Taoism. By being open to the unknown or the mystery that lies behind all life, we can bring into awareness, and participate in, the unfolding of life. Physical symptoms, relationship problems, group conflicts, social tensions become entry points to this process. Process Work provides a practical framework which nurtures the creative seeds contained within the disturbances and the evolution of the individual or community.
Please note that this website is currently being updated to incorporate the amalgamation of the New Zealand and Australian Faculties of Process Oriented Psychology into one organisation. We apologise for any confusion that may arise during this period of change.
